Thank you for your interest in joining us. These terms exist to support a committed, contained space for everyone involved. Please read them carefully before submitting your application. Payments

A deposit of between £25-£50 is required once your application has been approved to secure your place. The remaining balance is due one week before the course begins (21st September 2026). If you are on a payment plan, the schedule agreed/ selected at the time of booking forms part of these terms, and payments are expected on the dates agreed. We offer tiered pricing in the spirit of accessibility and mutual support. Whichever tier you have chosen, the same commitment is asked of all participants.

Attendance

We ask that you attend all sessions. This is both for your own journey and for the integrity of the group container.

If you know in advance of the course starting that you need to miss a session, please let us know at least one week before the course begins. We can accommodate one planned absence per course, agreed in advance. For unexpected absences (illness or other unforeseen circumstances), please contact our tech support person via WhatsApp as soon as possible, so we can make any necessary arrangements.

Course Materials and Recordings

Any recordings, materials, or resources shared as part of this course are for your personal use only. Please do not share them with anyone outside the course. This protects the privacy of your fellow participants and the integrity of the teaching.

Withdrawals and Refunds

We understand that life happens and there may be a myriad of reasons why you may wish to withdraw from the course. If you find you can no longer honour your commitment to the course, in the first instance, we ask that you email the course leaders to discuss the reasons. We value your participation, and when people leave, it can have a material effect on the group dynamics and sense of safety within the group. Your participation and presence matters, so we want to ensure your reason for needing to leave isn’t something we can remedy or with through with you in the first instance. 

If you need to withdraw part-way through a course, access to the course portal will be removed for any sessions and resources any sessions you were not able to attend.
